My Story

I have been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since 2012, following my graduation from the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College. Over the course of my career, I have worked with people through many different stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, infancy, and childhood. My background as a doula and my additional training in infant massage and therapeutic exercise for children have given me a broad clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for the many ways that bodies change and adapt throughout life.

As my practice has evolved, so has my approach to treatment. I have pursued extensive continuing education in craniosacral therapy (CST), as well as advanced training in TMJ/TMD treatment. I completed Upledger Cranio-Sacral Therapy training in 2022, followed by further CST training with Robert Harris of the Cranial Therapy Centre in Toronto in 2024. In 2026, I completed advanced TMJ/TMD training with From The Neck Up, further developing my ability to work with the jaw, neck, and surrounding structures. My foundational training in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) during massage therapy school has also remained an important part of my clinical toolkit, and I am increasingly incorporating MLD into my practice.

Today, I am particularly interested in approaches that invite us to slow down and listen more closely to what the body is communicating. Craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and specialized TMJ/TMD techniques can offer gentle, focused approaches for people experiencing concerns such as headaches and migraines, jaw pain and tension related to clenching or grinding, chronic neck discomfort, concussion-related symptoms, and torticollis. I enjoy bringing these approaches together thoughtfully, adapting treatment to each person's presentation, comfort, and goals.

I believe good care starts with listening. My approach is evidence-informed, individualized, and grounded in compassion, humility, and flexibility. I also completed Indigenous Cultural Competency and Trauma-Informed training through York University in 2026, which has further strengthened my commitment to creating a respectful, collaborative, and trauma-informed treatment environment.
